How to Use:
It is recommended to take 1 of our Green Coffee Bean products (either a Green Coffee Bean Chew or a Green Coffee Bean Capsule) twice daily before meals. As we recommend two servings a day, you may take either a chew or a capsule for each serving, depending on your preference.
